Yes, I love my job. I can't beleive I've been there a week. I love my co-workers. I love my company. I work for Internetwork Expert. They are a CCIE training company. I could go on all day about how wonderful it is... but I will spare you. I am very happy. And I have been doing good on my healthy competition eventhough I spend 3 hours in the car each day.

Hey all!  It seems like forever since I posted.  I don't have much that I can post yet... but it's coming.  I'll be coming to a lot of you for advice.  I'm going to be very busy for a little while.  And just because I haven't blogged myself.  I have been checking your blogs.  =)

Woo Hoo

Guess what?  I have been praying for patience... I guess I have it now.  The wait is finally over, I received a job offer today.  I have tomorrow off to accept all your congratulation calls.  I landed a job with Internetwork Expert.  I'm so excited because this is the job I felt most comfortable with during the interview.  I really like their product and believe they are trying to make the world a better place, one computer programmer at a time.  Well, I will let you know how the week goes.

A little bit of good news...

okay so I haven't posted in a while.  That may be due to the extra effort with the job hunt.  I am truly feeling the stress of the unemployment rate being over 6% and the underemployment rate at 10%+ and growing.  While I have had interviews almost daily and am on a 40 resume submittals per day I'm still really struggling to figure out what I'm doing wrong.  BTW for those of you who don't know my background is in staffing so I'm pretty familiar with the interview protocols.  I just am just thinking of what needs to be my true direction.  Maybe it's time for me to go back to photography?  we shall see.

but on to the good news... Keith after just one phone call is working with a man by the name of SEAN CONNERY!!! If you know Keith you know he's a Bond fanatic.  Today he also received a phone call from the hospital where my stepmom works they need a chef... imagine that.  So now Keith has two jobs and I have two interviews scheduled next week.  So let's think positive.

More trips to the water holes.

Since some of you are wondering how steep this really is... Here's B again at entrance of our favorite water hole.

Since it is the end of summer we stopped and got the kids some floats... they kinda weren't as sturdy as I expected... so we put them together and put both of them on it.  They were a lot happier to be together than apart.

very steep hike.

A few days later we decided to see the second water hole which promised to be more beautiful than the first... and it was very beautiful.

but the hike down was twice as steep, as the first one.
Thank goodness for both ropes.

This I had to post for those of you who know our Kaleigh.  

For those of you who don't Kaleigh is dead set against kissing on the lips.  She will make a "kissy sound" then as you go to kiss her lower her head so you kiss her on the forehead or on the top of her head if you've tried to make it to the lips.  So since Keith is totally jealous of this picture I'm including it.

The picture above is taken on a rock that Brenden is standing on... while throwing rocks into the pond... He went to get more rocks and said... "look mommy, daddy a snake.  Brenden found the snake."  Both Keith and I explained to Brenden that the fish in the water we just fishes not snakes, snakes we long and different than fish.  Well, Brenden kept saying "No, Brenden found the snake... well here's what was at the base of the rock he stood on.

Another Madora Lake Trip.

So yesterday while we were all being lazy (in our pjs at 4pm) my dad and Keith decided we needed to go on a hike with them. It was a beautiful hike... however this time, I didn't drive to the lake and hike it. We hiked to the lake. All I can say today is my legs hurt. But we did get some nice picutres out of it... I was the only one dressed like I didn't care... cause i'm never in the pictures... they however forced me. Maybe I'll add them later.
